Where can we buy souvenirs of Farm Chokchai?

Souvenirs are sold at our souvenir shop at Farm Chokchai, Pakchong District, Nakhonrachasrima, as well as at some branches of Umm!..Milk Dairy Shop in Bangkok, including Chokchai Steakhouse, Rangsit; Chokchai Prime Steakhouse, Prasarnmit; Central Rama 3; and Tops MarketPlace, Thonglor.

Can we buy the products without the ticket to the farm?

Yes, as we have the souvenir shops both on the farm premises and at the entrance to the farm.

What time do the souvenir shops open and close?

Weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 8.30 a.m. – 6.30 p.m. Holidays (Saturday – Sunday and public holidays) from 8.00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m.

What time do Umm!..Milk shops and snack and souvenir shops open and close?

Weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 9.00 a.m. – 8.00 p.m. Holidays (Saturday – Sunday and public holidays) from 8.00 a.m.- 8.00 p.m.

Are snacks and beef products made by the farm?

No, we don’t produce these items ourselves. We are solely a distributor. All snacks and souvenirs sold in our stores are carefully selected from local businesses to help promote our fellow farmers’ products and their livelihood.

How does the farm measure and control the quality of these products?

The retail team has standard procedures to control and monitor every item we offer, from the selection process to the transportation and handling, until it reaches the customers’ hand. We take special care with food products to make sure that they are always fresh.

What dolls are sold at Farm Chokchai?

We sell cow, dog, horse, and sheep dolls as these are creatures found on our farm.

Is the dry-salted beef sold beef from the farm?

The beef used to make dry-salted beef is not from Farm Chokchai as we raise only dairy cattle, which are not for beef consumption.
