1.  Establish clear and secure policies to

  • serve business growth in the short term (1 year), medium term (3 years) and long term (5 years).
  • deal with predicted or expected crisis situations.
  • handle changes in the industry that may occur due to fluctuations and/or unpredictable external factors. Every policy must incite understanding among responsible personnel from various professional and experience backgrounds so that they have the same goals.

 

2.  Establish policies that promotes and supports every unit of the organization in order to accomplish tasks efficiently and
     deliver the most effective result by

  • allocating budget practically.
  • making requests for approval systematically, in a careful and timely manner based on the same standards.
  • motivating and inspiring employees at every level.

 

3.  All internal communication issues between management and operation that are related to policies or operation
     procedure are to be directed to the designated responsible CE Executives. Therefore, in order to ensure the highest
     efficiency of internal communications, CE Executives need to have a system to examine every issue precisely and 
     clearly as well as having established preventive measures.

 

4.  Brain = CE Executives: CE Executives, using wisdom and best judgment, are responsible for scrutinizing, analyzing,
     and controlling procedures in no. 1, 2 and 3 for the best benefit to the organization. CE Executives ascertain issues and 
     problems that arise from the operation in parts 1, 2 and 3, then process and store such experiences systematically for

  • future use toward building the next generation of personnel and executives.
  • the benefit of other organizations both public and private, including academic institutes.
