Before reaching where I am now, I faced a lot of challenges in life. There has never been a time in my life that I got something easily. When I do something, I put all my effort into doing it. Doing things only half way is not for me. I have always believed in an old saying “Where there’s a will, there’s a way”.
I always get to the office early and leave after the last employee has left. That’s the way I work.

There are challenges and obstacles to overcome every day. Although wisdom might be extremely important in running a business, luck is one essential element in achieving success.
Over the past 35 years, I stumbled sometimes in reaching for my dream, but eventually it came true, and it is still bearing fruits to this day. This unflinching determination has moved Farm Chokchai forward successfully and has also inspired other farmers to be proud of their career in agriculture, which is a vocation bestowed upon all Thai people by His Majesty the King of Thailand.

When it was time for me to step down and pass this precious dream on to the next generation for the continuing success of the business, I handed everything over to my children so that they could learn how to think, manage, and solve problems on their own, just like I once did.
I have achieved more during my life than I could have imagined. Whether it was fate or my own perseverance, these are the building blocks that have helped fulfill my life’s work, and I am very proud to be surrounded by what I am blessed with today. I believe that there’s nothing too lofty for a strong will to reach. And I firmly believe that all of our dreams can come true if only we are determined enough and dare to follow them. Eventually, we will reach the star - just like I once said, “My dream is to become a cowboy one day”.
